Common Issues

The last 24 months have shown a mass migration of new and existing homeowners moving from the city to the suburbs along with homeowners relocating to the home of their dreams. Unfortunately for many of these families a new home means new unwanted adventures. Don't worry we are here to help. You may be experiencing water issues that were previously unknown. For many families the questions such as is my water safe to drink or even bathe in may arise.

It is important to first understand that there are two different purposes that your home's water serves. The first, is the water that you use for everyday actions such as flushing a toilet, taking a shower, washing your clothes, etc. we can refer to this as your "usage water". The second purpose, is for your personal consumption which we refer to as "drinking water". Both usage water and drinking water are very important in our day to day however we treat them differently when solving issues associated to your water. To offer a brief example, it is not important nor needed to have bottled quality water in your toilet however we would want to have the hardness and Iron removed to ensure any staining is eliminated.

Depending on your water source, whether its a private well or it comes from a city treatment plant, there are most likely imperfections that you would want to filter-out. These different imperfections are typically what lead to staining, smells, dry skin, dry hair, purchasing bottled water, etc. Please refer to the drop down menu for specific issues you may be dealing with.
